On May 22, 2023, Hino Motor Vietnam (HMV) officially launched the Hino App with many outstanding features to support customers to manage Hino trucks. Entering 2025, with the goal of bringing more benefits to customers, HMV has developed the program “Redeem points, get reward”.
- Application Period:
The program applies from January 1, 2025 to the end of March 31, 2025 or until the budget runs out, whichever comes first.
- Program content: Spare Parts E-voucher
- Subjects of application:
Customers who have an account as a vehicle owner/fleet manager on the Hino app
- Conditions for redeeming points:
Customers have installed, registered an account, registered vehicle information owned by customers on the Hino application
Accumulated points on the Hino App reach 200 points or more.

- Conditions for applying E-voucher:
Only one (01) Evoucher can be applied per repair.
E-voucher applies when the customer repairs/maintenance at an authorized Hino dealer or uses the dealer’s mobile repair service. Not applicable to semi-commercial parts.
E-voucher is only applicable to Hino genuine parts.
E-voucher can be applied in conjunction with other promotions, except for the HMP optimal maintenance program.
- Notes on accumulating points on the Hino app:
Each Hino genuine spare part spend is worth 100,000 VND, customers will be awarded 01 point on the Hino application (maximum 400 points per 1 repair).
The point accumulation period starts from April 1, 2024 and has a validity period of 12 months.
