Hino Motors Vietnam launched the Hino Euro5 truck at the end of 2024, as a result of efforts to reduce harmful emissions, comply with government regulations on emission standards, and contribute to protecting the health and living environment of everyone.

Continuing the series of events for the launch of the Hino Euro5 truck at dealers, in January 2025, the event was successfully organized by Hino Lexim and Hino Viet Dang dealers. We are extremely pleased and proud that these events saw the participation of numerous customers—individuals and organizations who have always supported Hino—along with the presence of dealers staff, representatives from Hino Motors Vietnam, and partners.

The most important content of the event was the launch ceremony, contract signing, and delivery of Euro5 trucks to customers. In these two events, nearly 30 customers signed contracts and received their new trucks, including many customers who placed large orders at once. This was also an opportunity for Hino to bring comprehensive support activities (Hino insurance services, Hino financial services, HINO-CONNECT, and Hino app) closer to customers. Additionally, attendees were able to observe, experience products, and receive consultations about genuine Hino parts, oils, and fluids.

The new Euro5 trucks are not only environmentally friendly but also improved to better meet customer needs and enhance safety.

A highlight of the Hino Euro5 trucks that particularly attracted customer interest at the event was the HINO-CONNECT system. This is an exclusive system equipped on all Hino Euro5 trucks. The system uses telecommunications technology to collect and transmit vehicle operation data from the ECU (Electronic Control Unit) to management systems, helping owners comply with legal regulations regarding journey monitoring, operational status monitoring, fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and many other important parameters, thereby optimizing transport operations.

At the event at Lexim dealer, customer representative – Mr. Ngo Van Luan shared: “My company has been using Hino trucks for over 10 years; I have also introduced many acquaintances and partners to become customers of Hino. We specialize in steel trading, transporting heavy goods over long distances, so we find Hino trucks very suitable, safe, high quality, with minimal breakdowns and attractive designs. Additionally, the Hino dealers is very enthusiastic and attentive to customers with good after-sales service.”

Customer feedback is always a significant motivation for us to continuously improve our products.
