Mr. Cao Van Trong, Deputy Provincial Secretary, Chairman of Ben Tre province, said “Not only Ben Tre Prov. but also the Mekong Delta is lack of good trucks. Thus, I believe that Hino Vietnam and the appearance of Hino 3S Ngoc Thanh will help people to stand a good chance of using international quality products to expand their business effectively”.
