On 27th April 2014, Hino Motors Vietnam organized the Customer Care Event at Driving Training and Testing Center located in District 12, Ho Chi Minh City. This event aims to provide instruction to customers on Safety driving & Eco driving as one of the “Hino Total Support” activities for customer and also help them understand the superiority, reliability and fuel economy of Hino trucks.
The event is held with the following contents:
– To do free inspection for Hino vehicles by using Hino DX.
– To consult and answer questions on new Hino 300 series models.
– To provide instruction and training on Eco driving and Safety driving of Hino 300 series models.
– To organize Safety driving and Eco-driving competition.
Below are the results of Eco-driving before and after customers taking part in our Safety driving and Eco driving course on condition that these vehicles have sufficient load, use air conditioner, to be closer the actual driving.

The event has been successfully held with the average improvement ratio of 22,5%. And in the competion, the first prize was delivered to Mr. Tran Thanh Phuong.
