To continue “Total Support” activities of Hino Global, Hino Motors Vietnam organized its Customer Care Event in the Northern area on October 19th 2014. This is a successful event which was subsequent to the Customer Care Event in the Southern area in April 2014.
In this event, a lot of activities were carried out for customers, including:
– Providing instructions and training on eco-driving and safe driving to new HINO 300 series vehicles for customers.
– Organizing the Contest on eco-driving and safe driving.
– Doing free vehicle inspection for customers using new HINO 300 series vehicles through Hino DX.
– Consulting and answering customers’ questions on new HINO 300 series vehicles.
Provided with sufficient inspection and consulting on new HINO 300 series, especially on the method of eco-driving and safe driving, customers have put even more trust on the HINO quality and gained a clearer understanding of the superiority, reliability and economy of HINO truck models.
Through this event, Hino Motors Vietnam would like to express its sincere gratitude to customers who have trusted and used HINO products.
Below are the results of eco-driving before and after our customers attended the training course on eco-driving and safe driving, in which they operated HINO vehicles with full loads, air-conditioning and similar driving conditions in everyday:
The Customer Care Event was successful with an average reduction of fuel consumption being 16.9% compared to the results before the training course. The first prize of e-co driving contest belonged to Driver Pham Minh Long.

Mr.Kazuhiro Wakamatsu – Techinical Advisor of Hino Motors Vietnam presented the first prize to Driver Pham Minh Long who has achieved the highest score in the practice test on eco-driving and safe driving.
