With the goal of raising customer awareness of the importance of fully implementing the standard maintenance process using services and spare parts Hino and attracting more customers to use service at Hino workshops system, so that your vehicles are always maintained in the best condition, maximizing operating time, minimizing transportation costs. Hino Motors Vietnam (HMV) has launched and applied the “HINO MAINTENANCE PROMOTION PROGRAM – HMP” from 2021.

In 2022, in response to positive feedback from customers, HMV has improved the program with more incentives for customers using Hino trucks nationwide from October 1^st, 2022.

• Objective:

Series 300: implement 9 times, lasting up to 160,000 km.
Series 500: implement 11 times, lasting up to 200,000 km.

(Excluding DUTRO and Series 700 vehicles)

Duration: within 36 months (3 years) from the date of warranty registration. 

• Details of program content:

• The applied condition:
• The vehicles are manufactured, assembled and supplied by Hino Motors Vietnam from 01/10/2022.
• For vehicles sold before 01/10/2022 and participating in the current HMP program, not exceeding 160,000km for the 300 Series and 200,000km for the 500 Series:
• If customers are fully implementing the HMP program, they will continue to use the new price list from October 1, 2022.
• If the customer has dropped an HMP maintenance level:
• If the 5,000km level is dropped: HMV will support customers to continue participating in the HMP 2022 program. Customers need to do maintenance at the nearest maintenance level plus the 5,000km level (only replacing items of the 5,000 level that are not in the nearest maintenance level), and the next levels (under the HMP program).
• If you have already done the 5,000km level and dropped one of the other levels: HMV will support customers to continue participating in the HMP 2022 program. Customers need to do maintenance at the nearest maintenance level and subsequent levels (under the HMP program).

Special: When participating in the HMP program, customers will be supported to activate the 7-year Standard Warranty program if needed.

Note:

Customers who have skipped any HMP maintenance levels will be supported to go back to using the HMP 2022 program once only.
