Hino TS Contest 2025 – An Innovation Breakthrough with a Total Support Orientation

On December 21-22, Hino Motors Vietnam (HMV) successfully organized  the 11th Hino TS Contest – Hino TS Contest with the participation of 84 contestants from 13 teams from all Hino Dealers nationwide.
The event was honored to welcome representatives of Hino Motors Japan, leaders of distributors in the ASEAN region, partners,  and the honorary invitation of HMV and all  leaders of Hino dealers nationwide to attend and cheer, contributing to the morale of the contestants.

Slogan “Total Support – Total Quality”

This year’s contest is built on a comprehensive knowledge base, harmoniously combining sales – service – spare parts – value chain, in line with Hino’s Total Support orientation to bring overall quality to customers.

Sales Contest: Solid Knowledge – Persuasion Skills

22 contestants from 12 dealers competed through two contents:

  • Theory exam: test your overall knowledge of the product, warranty and maintenance policy and Hino value chain.
  • Practical exam: simulate real sales situations, from handling difficult customers to negotiating, signing contracts, and handing over vehicles.

The Top 3 Sales award went to the 3 best dealers:

  • First Prize: Hino Truong Long Dealer
  • Second Prize: Hino Ngoc Thanh Dealer
  • Third Prize: Hino Viet Nhat Dealer

Service Contest: Overall Service Process Practice

After the theoretical round that requires concentration and a deep understanding of after-sales operations, the contestants enter the practical part of the positions:

  • Service Advisor
  • Technician
  • Parts Staff
  • Customer Care

The practical test is designed to follow the overall service process at Hino Dealers, including:
making an appointment – receiving – creating an order – exporting parts – repairing – quality control – delivering the car – taking care after 72 hours. This seamless process emphasizes the importance of coordination between departments, in order to provide comprehensive consultation and support to customers.

Hino dealers have successfully completed the contests of the 11th TS Contest with the following results  :

1. Service Advisor Practice Exam:

  • First Prize: Hino Truong Long Dealer
  • Second Prize: Hino Ngoc Thanh Dealer
  • Third Prize: Hino Dai Phat Tin Dealer

2. Technician Practice Exam:

  • First Prize: Hino Dai Phat Tin Dealer
  • Second Prize: Hino Lexim Dealer
  • Third Prize: Hino Viet Dang Dealer

3. Parts Practice Exam:

  • First Prize: Hino Truong Long Dealer
  • Second Prize: Hino Dai Phat Tin Dealer
  • Third Prize: Hino Mien Trung Dealer

4. Customer Care Practice Exam:

  • First Prize: Hino Sao Bac Dealer
  • Second Prize: Hino Ngoc Thanh Dealer
  • Third Prize: Hino Viet Dang Dealer

Highlights: The “Kaizen Excellence” contest

Held for the first time, the Kaizen Excellence category with the theme of “Coordination between Sales and Service” brought many practical, creative and effective ideas, contributing to fostering a continuous improvement mindset—the core spirit of Hino.

Kaizen Exam Results:

  • First Prize: Hino Viet Dang Dealer
  • Second Prize: Hino Truong Long Dealer
  • Third Prize: Hino Sao Bac Dealer

Going through extremely tough and emotional contests, the final Best 3S Team award belonged to the 3 best teams:

  • First Prize: Hino Truong Long Dealer
  • Second Prize: Hino Ngoc Thanh Dealer
  • Third Prize: Hino Viet Dang Dealer

The two days of the contest were thrilling, emotionalwith many memorable moments. The moment of announcing the award brought bursting joy to the excellent contestants, mixed with the regrets of those who have not won the award, but all exude the spirit of effort and đedication.

The 11th Hino TS Contest has become a meaningful milestone, an opportunity for Dealers and contestants to exchange, learn, share experiences, and at the same time affirm that skills are practiced persistently every day.
