Understanding the importance of human resource development in the sustainable development strategy, Hino Motors Vietnam cooperates with dealers to organize a series of events “Hino Proud” from August 3^rd to 25^th 2022 at all authorized dealers from North to South. This is an annual program to honor and show gratitude to sales and after-sales staff who have a long service life as well as excellent achievements throughout our dealer network.

The Hino Proud 2022 program was held successfully with positive recognition and eager anticipation for next year’s program from the dealer staff.

Ms. Huynh Phuoc Hue – Covato 2 emotional shared: “Hello Hino family, my name is Huynh Phuoc Hue from Covato2. My daily job is to exchange and consult with customers to choose the right truck model that customers need, check with body maker to provide information to customers soonest as I can. Only when the truck is delivered to the customer’s hand can I rest assured. Every time I go on a business trip or travel, I really happy to see Hino trucks full of goods transported on the road, and sometimes I even shouted when recognized “this truck is sold by myself” with the greatest happiness! Selling Hino truck is my favorite job, and my passion for Hino trucks is endless.

Mr. Tran Hong Trinh – representative of Dai Phat Tin HCM sales staff shared: “I myself came from auto mechanics background, and I always passionate about truck technology. Thanks to fate, I have the opportunity to work in the field I love, especially with Hino quality truck. Mr. Bach The Trung – Manager of Vinh Thinh dealer service department shared: “I personally like to explore and learn valuable experiences at work as well as very passionate about technical jobs. In my ten years of working at Hino Vinh Thinh, this is the first time I was honored to be awarded the award by the General Director of Hino Motors Vietnam. I’m really proud.”

As one of the first service technicians of Hino Viet Dang since its establishment, Mr. Nguyen Phuong Nam proudly shared: “I am a person who always tries to learn and improve my skills, now I have been trained and granted HS3, HS4 certificate of Hino Vietnam. I am really proud of my current job and being a part of Hino.”
