In order to appreciate all fleet customer, Hino Motors Vietnam has launched the ” Fleet Customer Care Program (FCP) 2023 ” as follows:
Period:
- From 01/06/2023 to 31/03/2024 or until the budget runs out, whichever comes first.
Objective:
– Applicable to vehicles of fleet customers owning 20 or more Hino vehicles
– Applicable to customers who bring their vehicles to service workshops or use the Dealer’s mobile service.
Program Content:
- FCP maintenance package:
Customers can purchase an FCP maintenance package with the following contents:
– Includes 3 interval maintenance levels according to Hino maintenance standard.
– 30% reduction in maintenance spare part costs (HVM support 100%)
– 50% reduction in maintenance labor costs (HMV supports 100%)
FCP maintenance package details according to the attached price list.
Conditions of application:
– Customers must sign an FCP package purchase contract with the dealer and commit to use all 3 levels of maintenance according to the content of the purchased package
– Package usage period: 18 months from the date of signing the contract. After that time, the FCP Package is no longer valid.
- Spare parts discount:
– Give 5% discount coupon for the next service if the customer’s cumulative spare parts sales reach from 200,000,000 to 399,999,999 VND.
– Get 10% discount coupon for next service use if customer’s cumulative spare parts sales reach from 400,000,000 to 699,999,999 VND.
– Give 15% discount coupon for the next service if the customer’s cumulative spare parts sales reach VND 700,000,000 or more.
Note: Cumulative spare parts sales:
– Calculated from April 1, 2023.
– Applicable to all Hino genuine parts supplied by Hino dealers, excluding: VAT, tires, batteries and semi-commercial spare parts.
– Spare parts are not included in FMP, HMP, FCP maintenance packages.
Conditions of application:
– The discount of 5%-15% is only applicable to customers who bring their vehicles into the workshop or use the mobile service of Hino dealers, applicable to all vehicles of customer.
– 2 HMV programs are not applicable simultaneously for 1 service workshop entry, on 1 vehicle and on the same spare part code. In case there are two promotions taking place simultaneously, the customer has the right to choose to use the appropriate program.
- Trial Hino Genuine Engine Oil:
– Period: From 01/06/2023 to 31/12/2023.
– Objective: Current customers are NOT using Hino genuine engine oil.
– Support content: 30% discount for up to 3 Hino genuine oil drums for customers to try and feel. (HMV supports 20%, dealer share 10%).
– Implementation method: HMV will send detailed implementation instructions.
- Other support:
– Support Fleet customer training.
– Fast spare parts supply support.
– Support to check fuel consumption, engine oil.
– Financial support.
