Position: Assistant Manager

Department: North Region Department – Sales Division

Working Place: Hino Motors Vietnam – Headquarter in Hanoi

 

1. Why We Need You (Mission & Purpose)

Hino Motors Vietnam (HMV) – leading truck manufacturer in Vietnam is looking for a Field Sales Assistant Manager to support sales performance and dealer business growth in the North.

In this role, you will assist in coordinating vehicle allocation, monitoring delivery status, and preparing operational reports related to sales and inventory. You will also work closely with internal departments and the dealer network to ensure smooth information flow and daily operational support.

2. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Support the implementation of sales and marketing programs to assist overall sales operations and dealer performance improvement.
  • Assist in sales planning and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against targets and market conditions.
  • Coordinate with dealers and internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations from order processing to delivery and reporting.
  • Maintain regular communication with dealers through visits, performance reviews to support business operations and exchange market information.
  • Monitor dealer performance related to value chain activities and after-sales services (e.g., Hino Finance, Hino Insurance).
  • Prepare and update periodic sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to support operational monitoring, and propose improvement actions based on performance analysis. Support Dealer in preparing 6 month forecast, truck allocation, Body-makers registration, CPA processing.

3. What You Bring (Requirements)

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics and related fields.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years in Sales / Dealer Management, preferable in automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
    • English proficiency: TOEIC 550+ or equivalent.
    • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel data analysis, power point.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Result-oriented, proactive, customer-focused.
