Position: Intern (01)

Working Place: Hino Motors Vietnam – Ha Noi

Department: After-Sales Service Planning & Promotion Department

1. Key Responsibilities:

a) Data & Reporting

• Dealer data summarisation
• Support to collect data for After-sales business performance report

b) Promotion & Marketing Support

• Support to follow up dealer participation in promotion programs
• Support in checking the completeness of payment documents
• Support in consolidating promotion program results after completion

c) Customer Care Events & Other After-sales events

• Support in preparing guest lists, event materials, and checklists
• Support in consolidating customer feedback after events & preparing post event reports

d) Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

2. Requirements:

• Final-year university students majoring in Business Administration/ Economics or related fields.
• Good command of English (minimum TOEIC score of 550 or equivalent)
• Proficient in MS office
• Good communication skills
• Active, careful, and responsible in performing assigned tasks
