With the desire to help customers stay assured on all journeys and minimize unexpected costs in the future, from October 1st, 2021, Hino Motors Vietnam began implementing the “7 Years Standard Warranty Program” to Hino customers.
1. Program’s Content: 7 YEARS STANDARD WARRANTY PROGRAM
– Standard warranty for vehicles sold from 1st Oct 2021
– Standard warranty for vehicles models Euro 4 sold from 2018 onward
3. Condition, Time and Warranty Km (whichever comes first)
1. Comply & implement periodic maintenance at HMV’s authorized dealer stations
2. Use HMV genuine parts and/or Hino-supplied parts (SCP) (POP parts are not considered genuine parts)
If the customer does not comply with the above 2 conditions, HMV will refuse the warranty.
4. Implement location
Implement at all Hino Authorized Dealers nationwide
– For vehicles sold from October 1, 2021: Standard warranty policy is applied for 7 years, provided that customers comply with maintenance and use genuine spare parts and/or SCP.
– With Euro 4 models sold since 2018, before the 7 years warranty program is activated, it is necessary to follow the inspection and maintenance process (repair if necessary) according to Hino’s regulations. HMV will support labor costs for inspection and maintenance. (For the labor cost of repair, the customer will bear this cost).
6. Time: start from 01.10.2021
7. Benefits when customer join program
– Maintenance and repair fee are reduced by following standard maintenance procedures, as well as using Hino’s genuine services and spare parts.
– Safe to operate because the vehicle is always maintained in good condition
– Economic benefits increase when exploiting and using vehicles
– Increase resale value
