Proud of quality, durable, reliable trucks as well as overall support services that satisfy customers throughout the journey of nearly 30 years in Vietnam, Hino Motors Vietnam understands that this is not only thanks to the efforts of factory employees, office workers but also comes from the support and consensus of all employees of the authorized dealer system.

From May to July 2024, the Hino Proud 2024 program was held at Hino dealers nationwide to honor collectives and individuals in the sales and service fields who have achieved excellent results and made long-term contributions to the dealers.  The event attracted the attention of all employees of the Hino dealer system.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hien – Viet Dang dealer (red shirt)

Mr. Nguyen Van Hien from Viet Dang dealer stated: ‘As the one directly advising on Hino products, I have had the opportunity to experience and understand more about the quality, reliability, and importance of Hino products. I have witnessed the commitment and continuous efforts of the Hino Motors Vietnam team in bringing high-quality products and professional services to customers. Having been with Hino for the past 10 years, I have experienced a range of emotions and faced both successes and challenges. However, above all, I always feel proud and happy to be working with a reputable, quality, and reliable brand. I am always confident when introducing Hino products, not just trucks but also HFS, HIS, and other after-sales services. I would like to thank Hino Motors Vietnam, the dealer management, and my colleagues for their support. These past ten years have been a journey of growth for me, and I hope to continue accompanying and contributing to Hino’s development.”

Mr. Huynh Gia Phong – sales staff at Truong Long dealer shared: “I have been working at Truong Long dealer for 6 years now and this is the 3r^d time I have received this award.  With the motto “Always create the best quality products and services”, Truong Long dealer always helps us to be confident in sales, so that we can serve and deliver to customers high-quality Hino truck products.”

Mr. Nguyen Minh Trung –Ngoc Thanh dealer (standing in the middle)

At the event held at Ngoc Thanh dealer, Mr. Nguyen Minh Trung, a service advisor, shared: ‘I am very proud to be a service advisor at Hino Ngoc Thanh’s service department. With experience working at various car companies like Mitsubishi, Toyota, and Hyundai, I now have nine years of experience in the industry. In the past three years at Hino Ngoc Thanh Ben Tre, I have learned and accumulated a lot of experience in a professional environment provided by the company and Hino Motors Vietnam’s factory. I have participated in service training courses, parts certification training, product training, and Hino’s customer promotion programs. Additionally, I have successfully completed the skills exam and obtained the HSA certificate from HINO’s factory. In particular, I was able to participate in the CS CONTEST in 2023, rubbed and honed my skills as well as was very lucky to be a member who contributed to the team’s second prize achievement. I am very touched and grateful to the dealer’s board of directors and colleagues, and would like to express my sincere thanks to Hino Motors Vietnam for having the practical program Hino Proud to encourage the spirit of dealer employees to always work harder to develop the Hino brand to all parts of the country.’

Mr. Truong Vu Hoang – Dai Phat Tin dealer said: “It is an honor because after so many efforts, I have now become one of the excellent salespeople.
