Preventive maintenance of Brake and clutch system

The rubber parts will deteriorate with time goes by, and must be replaced several times in vehicle life. (Fluid/air leaking or stuck will be happened if the rubber parts are broken.)

Most of case, rubber parts start having problem around 3-4 years operation in Vietnam.

Therefore, in order to prevent problem occurs on the road (during operations) we would like to recommend to replace these parts in some period in advance.

Hino Japan recommends customers to replace rubber parts every 2 years for safety.

• Clutch disc and clutch cover are important parts that transfer force from engine to gearbox.
• Hino genuine clutch and disc clutch is specially made and optimized for Hino trucks.

The clutch is the component between the engine and the gearbox, and it is responsible for moving the engine-generated momentum to the gearbox during acceleration and steering as well as at deceleration, stopping or shifting.
