On 15th November, 2013 Hino Motors Viet Nam, Ltd., organized the 4th CS contest with theme “Total Support” and participation of contestants from dealers nationwide. The contest had the honor of a visit from Japanese guests from Hino Motors, Ltd., Sumitomo Corporation and Hino dealer Board of Management member as well. That day was not only for Hino Motors Viet Nam dealer’s contestants to demonstrate their daily activities but also for all participants: dealer’s representative, invited guest and Hino Motors Vietnam staffs to understand dealer’s daily 3S (sales, service and spare parts) activities with respect.
“Total Support”- in simple and detail way of understanding is carry out all necessary activities with customer orientation from 3S in order to solve customer’s difficulty, create customer’s trust and bring peace of mind to customer from period of before sales up to during operation period. This is basic core concept of HINO that no commercial manufacturers have and HINO will continue this concept in the future.

Hino Motors Viet Nam dealers’ contestants
In Sales skill competition, contestants have to be tested in both theory test and practical test with interesting reputed circumstance but high reality that required contestant having large and basic knowledge about specification and flexible treatment with customer’s request.
In the Maintenance skill competition, contestants have to practice vehicle under observation of Ha Noi University of Transport and Communication’s lecturer, thus beside the daily fluently skill contestant should have stable psychology to complete their test.
In the Spare parts competition, beside theory test, contestants have to be tested by using Hino spare part networking through PC in a fixed time that caused to palpitation but interesting as well.

The contest finished in the same day and picked up the best among nearly 40 contestants and surely the contestant who was awarded high prize will be active factor to widen number of typical staff in Hino dealer network. And the contestant who did not obtain award in this time also learned much useful experience, improve their skill to serve customer better.
