Following the chain of new 300 series launching program of Hino Motors Vietnam, Ltd.(HMV) at official dealers in May and June 2013. On 29th May, 2013 at HCM branch, North Star Company celebrated an event with purpose to introduce Hino new 300 series to customers. At that time, they also had opening HCM branch ceremony.

There are around 140 participants in this event including representative of HMV, Hino Motors Sales Vietnam, Ltd., partners and staffs of North Star.

Mr. Huy – GD of North Star had a speech to open ceremony as well as talk about history of North Star

Mr. Mochizuki – GD of HMV had a speech in the event and handover 3S dealer certificate for North Star (HCM)

One impressive image in this event is appearance of Hino new 300 series from backstage in suspense of everybody. Flare and sampan were opened to welcome appearance of new 300 series.

Mr. Nguyen Dang Phuong – Factory Director of HMV explained clearly about feature of new 300 series.

This event was successful with 05 contracts signed of HINO new 300 series between customers and North Star.

Besides, in this event, Services Dept. of HMV combined with Services Dept. of North Star to introduce to customers express maintenance program which is considered a kaizen activity of HMV about services after sales in 2012. This activity helps saving time for customers when they maintain their trucks at maintenance stations of Hino.

Technicians of North Star implemented express maintenance. Many customers felt interested in this performance.
