Refined and Functional Design

The Hino XZU Euro5 truck stands out with its refined design, comfort, and safety, boasting a total weight capacity ranging from 4.99 tons to 8.5 tons. It features a spacious, comfortable cabin, a new central dashboard with easily adjustable headlights, and a high-quality DENSO air conditioning system that ensures a smooth and pleasant driving experience on long journeys.

Moreover, the mechanical gearbox on the new XZU Euro5 is equipped with an optimized transmission ratio range, enhancing traction and enabling the truck to conquer all terrains. The chassis, featuring evenly distributed holes, facilitates the installation of the cargo body. The undercarriage of the cabin is equipped with a shield to provide better protection for the vehicle. Notably, the brake force distribution system adjusts according to load, optimizing braking power to ensure safer performance.

DPR Emission Control Technology

Another key highlight of the XZU Euro5 truck is the DPR system (Diesel Particulate Reduction System). During operation, diesel engines release a significant amount of particulate matter (PM) due to incomplete combustion. These particles are the primary cause of air pollution and pose a threat to human health.

The DPR system burns fine particles stored in the exhaust chamber under the influence of high exhaust temperatures, breaking down particle structures. This reduces emissions, thereby mitigating negative impacts on public health.

HINO-CONNECT Vehicle Management Technology

Hino Motors Vietnam takes pride in being a pioneer in equipping the HINO-CONNECT vehicle management system via telecommunication signals on all XZU Euro5 truck models. This device uses telecommunications technology to collect vehicle operation data from the Electronic Control Unit (ECU) and transmit it to the management system, helping determine location, operational status, fuel consumption, driver behavior, and other important parameters.

The integrated GPS in HINO-CONNECT helps businesses monitor and manage their fleets more easily and complies with the provisions of Decree 86/2014/NĐ-CP and Decree10/2020/ND-CP, which requires transport enterprises to equip journey monitoring devices to provide information to the authorities. This ensures transparency in operations and helps businesses avoid legal risks.

In addition, HINO-CONNECT helps minimize accident risks by analyzing driving behaviors, such as when a vehicle exceeds the speed limit or when engine revolutions per minute exceeds permissible thresholds, clutch usage habits, and more. Operational information will be sent to fleet managers in the form of charts, allowing them to provide operational advice and adjust behaviors to prevent potential accident risks. Through the collected operational parameters, the service department can also offer appropriate service recommendations to ensure that vehicles always operate at optimal conditions.
