With the goal of raising customer awareness of the importance of implementing standard maintenance procedures, using genuine services and spare parts, so that Hino trucks are always in the best condition, maximizing uptime, minimizing operating costs, Hino Motors Vietnam (HMV) has launched and applied the “HINO MAINTENANCE PROMOTION PROGRAM– HMP” program from 2021 to now.

In 2022, in response to positive feedback from customers, HMV has upgraded the program with more incentives for customers using Hino trucks nationwide from October 1, 2022. In addition, from 01/01/2023, the Hino Maintenance Promotion Program will apply to model SS2P – Euro 5.

Objectives of the program:

Series 300: implement 9 times, lasting up to 160,000 km.

Series 500: implement 11 times, lasting up to 200,000 km.

Series 700 (SS2P – Euro 5): implement 11 times, lasting up to 300,000 km.

(Excluding other DUTRO and Series 700 vehicles)

Duration: within 36 months (3 years) from the date of registration of the warranty.

The vehicles are manufactured and supplied by Hino Motor Vietnam (HMV) from 01/10/2022 and SS2P – Euro 5 are supplied by Hino Motors Sales Vietnam (HMSV)

For vehicles sold before October 1, 2022 and currently participating in the HMP program that have not exceeded 160,000km for the Series 300 and 200,000km for the Series 500:

If customers are fully implementing the HMP program, they will continue to use the new price list from 01/10/2022.

If the customer has dropped an HMP maintenance level:

If customer skipped 5,000km: HMV will assist customers in rejoining the program. Customers need to do maintenance at the nearest maintenance level plus level 5,000km (only replace items of level 5,000 that are not in the nearest maintenance level), and subsequent levels (under the HMP program)

If customer did the 5,000km level and skipped one of the other levels: HMV will assist customers in rejoining the program. Customers need to do maintenance at the nearest maintenance level and subsequent levels (under the HMP program).

Special: If you want to participate in the Standard 7-Year Warranty program, you need to go through the 7-year warranty activation process, and perform maintenance as recommended above to apply the HMP program.

Note:

Only allow customers who skip any HMP maintenance level to return to use the program 1 time. If the customer continues to bypass HMP maintenance, they will no longer be allowed to use the program.
