THE 8TH HINO CS CONTEST

In order to encourage the awareness of improving skills, to create an opportunity for all staff to meet each other and exchange their experience, the CS Contest has been held by HINO Motors Viet Nam since 2010. After 7 times of organization, the contest has already become the festival day of the HINO family. On November 30 and December 1, the 8th Hino Customer Service Contest was successfully held at Hino Motors Vietnam Headquarter with 65 best contestants from 11 Hino authorized dealers nationwide.

   

The competition was honored to welcome the guests from Hino Motors Japan, Sumitomo Corporation, representatives from Hino Motors Sales Malaysia and the distinguished guests representing Hino 3S dealers attended., encouraging the contestants before entering the official competition.

 Contestants from all Hino Authorized Dealers will be tested in three categories: Sales, Service, Parts. In each category, contestants will pass two sections of theory and practice. If the theoretical part requires the candidates to be calm, highly focused, and have a deep understanding of the product and the customer, the practical exam required in the candidate’s professional skills, quick response to hypothetical situations. Besides, the contestants have to show their enthusiasm to customers.

In the Sales category, contestants will face picky customers who are looking to buy a truck, find out what their needs are, based on their views and recommend the product that best fit to the need of customer.

The practice test of the Spare Part is challenging, requiring high individual skill. Candidates should be able to identify the spare parts and then look on the computer and produce the correct accessory code in limited time.

Service – the practical examination for technicians is considered as very difficult for 3 exam contents, lasting more than 2 hours:

  1. Solve problems with the DX2 Diagnostics.
  2. Check the PDI.
  3. Maintenance and inspection.

The Service Advisor contest:

After two days of exciting competition, besides finding the outstanding staff of the Hino family, our technicians have the opportunity to exchange, learn, share experiences as well as tighten the solidarity between individuals, between dealers to improve cooperation, improve customer service better in accordance with the spirit of Hino: One team One pledge.

Awarded the winner in the service consultant contest: First Prize – Sabaco, Second Prize – Truong Long, Third Prize – Vinh Thinh.
Awarded to winners in Technical Contest: First Prize – Viet Dang, Second Prize – Sabaco, Third Prize – Vinh Thinh.
Awarded to the winning team in the Service Contest: First Prize – Sabaco, Second Prize – Viet Dang, Third Prize – Truong Long.
Awarded for the Spare Parts: First Prize – Dai Phat Tin, Second Prize – Lexim, Third Prize – Viet Dang.
Prize for sale: First prize – Truong Long, Second prize – Lexim, Third prize – Ngoc Thanh.
Prize and flag for the team won the 3S team: First prize – Viet Dang, Second prize – Truong Long, Third prize – Lexim.

 The 8th Hino skill contest ended successfully with the first prize of Viet Dang Dealer. This is an important event, demonstrating the unremitting efforts of Hino Motors Vietnam in the comprehensive customer support activities not only with the Hino truck product but also the employees, technician’s superior to become customers’ “Reliable business partner” on all the road.
