1. Job Purpose:
Hino Motors Vietnam is looking for a driven Data Analyst to provide the critical insights that power our After-Sales Service and Parts operations. In this key role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to identify challenges and opportunities. You will be a vital contributor to strategic projects, helping us improve service and part KPI and enhance the customer experience through data-driven decisions.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate and standardize data from our Dealer Management System (service and part). You will build and visualize reports to track after-sales performance and highlight key issues.
- Analyze the effectiveness of after-sales campaigns (e.g., promotions, customer care). Provide recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
- Serve as a key data contact for the After-Sales team, collaborating closely with other departments on important projects like the Vehicle Connected System, CRM, and dealer system.
- Prepare and update periodic reports, standardized PDCA reports.
- Others jobs assigned by supervisor.
3. Requirements
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree in University, major in Business Administration/ Economics or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in a data/ business analysis High proficiency in data visualization tools, especially Power BI.
- Good at English (minimum TOEIC score of 600 or equivalent)
- Analytical Mindset, Communication Skills
Good-to-Haves (Major Advantages):
- Direct work experience in the after-sales service department of an automotive company.
- Experience in managing small projects from start to finish.
- Note: Candidates with strong data analysis skills who lack automotive industry experience are still encouraged to apply; comprehensive training will be provided.
