1. Why We Need You (Mission & Purpose)
Hino Motors Vietnam (HMV) – leading truck manufacturer in Vietnam is looking for a Field Sales Manager to lead sales performance and dealer business growth in the North.
Your mission is to drive sales target, strengthen dealer capability, and ensure that Hino’s dealer network achieves sales and operational KPIs through consistent monitoring and field support.
2. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Develop and execute sales strategies such as sales & marketing programs and other effective techniques, provide support throughout the sales operation to grow sales volume and improve dealership performance.
- Make sales plans (short-, mid-, and long-term), monthly monitor KPIs toensure target achievement in line with real market situation.
- Train and develop dealer sales teams, enhancing their sales capability, customer handling.
- Ensure smooth sales operations, from order to delivery and reporting flow, while coordinating with dealers’ finance/sales teams and HMV related departments.
- Build strong dealer relationships through regular visits, performance reviews,and market insights exchange.
- In charge of Dealers performance on Value Chain Activities/ After Sales Service (Hino Finance/ Hino Insurance/…).
- Prepare regular sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and propose improvement actions based on performance analysis.
3. What You Bring (Requirements)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, marketing, engineering.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in Sales / Dealer Management, preferable in automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
- Proven experience in dealer sales operations, sales planning, and sales process improvement.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- English proficiency: TOEIC 600+ or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PPT.
- Personal Attributes:
- Result-oriented, proactive, customer-focused.
