HINO TRUCK – MAINTAIN THE LEADING POSITION

It has been 15 years since Hino’s debut in Vietnam market (1996-2010), Hino Motors Vietnam’s products have been gained customer’s credibility and improved continuously corresponding with its leading position. Though short conversation with Tay Nguyen area customers-where have high demand of transportation by Hino truck, somewhat to prove said ideas.

The first person we have talked with is Mr. Tran Viet Binh Deputy General Director – Ngoc Hung Group JSC .Founded in year 2000, Ngoc Hung  Group with 5 subsidiary companies so far engage in many business field as: Export-Import business, fertilizer business, granite manufacturing and exporting, building and interior/outer material business, B40 grille, agricultural machine, motorbike, auto business, transportation business, restaurant business, and travelling and other trading fields.

With such large business fields, Ngoc Hung aware of importance of truck team in their business. The group owns a truck team with nearly 60 units, in which 50 units are Hino brand. (Include FG, FL and FL super long), with the latest one was bought from 2005. “At the moment, we gradually change to Hino truck totally because of its usefulness and good effect” Binh said.

Ngoc Hung’s truck team mainly operates in routes Dak lak to HCMC and Hanoi, round trip so the trucks with toughness, stability in quality, ability to operate with high frequency is very important. “Hino truck can guarantee the constant operation” Binh said. “Beside, our drivers prefer Hino to other brands because of its nice appearance, simple in use, convenience and especially good fuel consumption”.

Established from July, 2009 Tay Nguyen coffee Investment Export-Import JSC’s truck team is Hino truck totally. Among 100 units, 70 units are new Hino truck, remaining are tractor head. According to Mr. Truong Cong Quy-Chief of Control Board, because of learning experience of Hino’s quality from partner in transportation field so company decided choose Hino when making a bid for new truck team investment.

Tay Nguyen coffee Investment Export-Import JSC- precursor of Vietnam Coffee Corporation, Daklak branch, found in 1995 with major business is coffee purchasing, manufacturing and exporting. Production capacity from 180 to 200 thousand tons coffee yearly, in which 90% is high quality product, occupied 20% of whole country export total quantity. Transportation capacity also reaches 180 thousand tons per year, with wide warehouse and container depot service. Before truck team establishment, the transportation was outsourcing

Quy said, because transportation demand increase, compared with outsourcing, there are 3 advantage points of truck team establishment. “First, using Hino truck is more economical, the second is business become more active, don’t let transportation companies force price, even lower their price after we invest the truck team”

Mr. Truong Cong Qui, representative of Tay Nguyen Coffee Investment Export and Import JSC said: “Using Hino truck is more economical, active in business, and easy control the safety of goods, keep delivery timing, one of the reasons create our current prestige”
