To continue “Total Support” activities of Hino Global, Hino Motors Vietnam organized its Customer Care Event in the Northern area on October 19th 2014. This is a successful event which was subsequent to the Customer Care Event in the Southern area in April 2014.

In the aim of bringing Hino LDT brand closer to customers, and to make the consumers understand more and get familiar with Hino products, as well as to create big interest and desire for the product, the “Hino driver festival 2014” was perceived and came true with a series of events held from July 9th to July 19th 2014 in 6 cities and provinces of Mekong Delta area – where exists a big demand especially for these Hino light truck vehicles because of geographic characteristics of terrain.

On 27th April 2014, Hino Motors Vietnam organized the Customer Care Event at Driving Training and Testing Center located in District 12, Ho Chi Minh City. This event aims to provide instruction to customers on Safety driving & Eco driving as one of the “Hino Total Support” activities for customer and also help them understand the superiority, reliability and fuel economy of Hino trucks.

In top and bottom of Vietnam “S” shape strip land, Hino is well-known and loved brand, however Hino is far from famous brand in middle land area. That is one of reason for “Hino Caravan 2014 to Middle area” from 22nd to 29th March, 2014 chose Da Nang, Binh Dinh, Nha Trang, Da Lat are destinations this time to bring Hino truck closer to customers and let them have real feel of design and distinguished operation features as well.

Truong Vinh Hino which was established in January 2008, is one of the Hino Motors Viet Nam’s top dealers nationwide with big sales volume having 3S dealer at Long Huong Ward, Ba Ria Town, Ba Ria Vung Tau and 2S branch at My Tho City, Tien Giang province.

On 15th November, 2013 Hino Motors Viet Nam, Ltd., organized the 4th CS contest with theme “Total Support” and participation of contestants from dealers nationwide. The contest had the honor of a visit from Japanese guests from Hino Motors, Ltd., Sumitomo Corporation and Hino dealer Board of Management member as well.That day was not only for Hino Motors Viet Nam dealer’s contestants to demonstrate their daily activities but also for all participants: dealer’s representative, invited guest and Hino Motors Vietnam staffs to understand dealer’s daily 3S (sales, service and spare parts) activities with respect.

Together with 15 automobile brands in Vietnam, Hino Motors Vietnam, Ltd and Hino Motors Sales Vietnam, Ltd joined the 9th Vietnam Motor Show (VMS) at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), Ho Chi Minh City from 23rd to 27th October, 2013.

With the topic “Feel different”, from 10th to 22nd Oct 2013, Hino Motors Vietnam held Hino Caravan tour 2013 in 5 provinces in Mekong Delta area including Bac Lieu, Soc Trang, Kien Giang, An Giang and Dong Thap to continue to introduce New Hino 300 series to customers there who is familiar or unfamiliar with Hino brand, help them to experience the new light duty truck with excellent operation feature as well as exterior and interior design.
