PURPOSE OF DAILY VEHICLE INSPECTION
To keep the vehicle operating in optimal condition and ensure safety while driving, drivers must perform daily vehicle inspections before driving.
Daily inspections help to:
– Maintain the original condition of vehicle components
– Detect, prevent, and resolve issues
– Minimize unnecessary costs
– Increase the vehicle’s operational time
DAILY INSPECTION ACCORDING TO USER MANUAL
- Note: Do not start the engine in poorly ventilated areas or in a garage.
- Firmly engage the handbrake, shift to Neutral, and chock the wheels.
- Turn off the engine when inspecting under the cabin.
- Avoid touching the exhaust pipe, radiator, or other heat-emitting parts after turning off the engine.
- Check for rags, gloves, or tools on the engine.
- Dispose of waste such as oil, coolant, or other fluids in designated areas.
DAILY INSPECTION BASED ON PREVIOUS ISSUES
- Inspect for damages noted in the repair log and vehicle operation log.
- For recurring issues or those that cannot be resolved independently, take the vehicle to an authorized Hino dealer for assistance, inspection, and prompt resolution.
